All products will be shipped 10 days before Valentine’s Day or within 5 days of ordering for late February orders. No orders will be accepted for Valentine’s Mystery Gifts after February 22nd. Your gift will not be customized or shipped if you do not reply to the email that is sent automatically upon placing your order. If you do not receive your questionnaire by email within 24 hours, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order information.
At the bottom of the check out page is a digital questionnaire to provide details about your recipients. You will also be emailed a PDF Questionnaire that you may fill out however is easiest for you and send back to the email received after your order is placed. If we do not receive the questionnaire, survey, or any additional information, your gift will still be mailed and will not have any customization. (You get what you get!) Your gift will not be customized if you do not reply to the email that is sent automatically upon placing your order. If you provide a recipient mailing address but no additional information, a gift of fair monetary value will be shipped to the address provided. If you do not receive your questionnaire by email within 24 hours, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order information.

Your gift may include multiple objects or a singular object. No gift is ever the same so no matter if you order one gift or one-hundred you will never get a repeat gift.
